We offer two ten week programs. The first in the series A Journey to Change is a ten week therapeutic, psychoeducational group for perpetrators of domestic violence, interpersonal violence, child abuse, and other forms of maltreatment to others. Also known as Batterer Intervention Programs. $400 for ten sessions. The second ten week program Maintaining Change is for those who need a bit more help. Ten consecutive weeks of therapeutic, psychoeducational group for those struggling with maintaining their emotional regulation.$400/ten sessions. Men only.

Breaking the Cycle
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) is a structured, evidence-based treatment program designed to support you in managing and overcoming your alcohol dependence while allowing you to maintain daily responsibilities like work, school, or family commitments. IOPs are often a step-down from inpatient rehab or a direct entry point for individuals needing more support than traditional outpatient care. We use a multidisciplinary approach with our team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, alternative medicine, individual counseling and the IOP. Ten weeks, 3 days/week/3 hours/day or 5 days/week/2 hours per day. Schedules vary by group.
