Our clinical mental health Center serving the Pocono Mountain region in person and clients throughout Pennsylvania via virtual sessions.
Located at 112 East Brown Street in East Stroudsburg, PA, Brown Street Center is centrally located close to Route 80, 209, and the Pocono region including our neighbors on the East in Blairstown NJ.
This location offers free on street and off street parking.

We are walking distance to East Stroudsburg University and the LVHN Pocono Hospital.

Testing, Assessment & Evaluations
Brown Street Center provides comprehensive psychological testing, clinical mental health assessments and specialized evaluations for diagnostic, clinical, legal, adoption, court-ordered, custody, immigration and substance-use needs. Services are available for young adults through older adults depending on the type of evaluation. We do not bill insurance directly for testing or evaluations. All evaluations and assessments are an out-of-pocket expense. However, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
